Comments: This is the best vehicle service location that I have ever experienced. My husband and I have a daughter at Coastal Carolina. She had just gotten her car checked by a local car dealership who had stated that her car was fine except that they would need brakes and brake pads, but that it could wait until May. A little over a week later after driving the 2 1/2 hour drive from home, she stated that her car was still not right. My husband advised her to take it to Mason's. They immediately realized that her front axle was severely damaged and could have been dramatic from my daughter. Our daughter has contacted us to tell us that her car drives like a new vehicle. Thank you Mason's for helping us take care of our daughter and keeping her safe!

lovely staff.......very hospitable people...felt like family!

Comments: Visited your Conway location today and your salesman Gene helped me out. I wanted to make sure Mason Tire knows what a great job he did helping me out. Really a nice person, he made me feel really comfortable at your location. Thanks Gene I will be back soon for the tires we discussed, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have known just how bad I needed tires. Gonna be my Valentines gift from my husband!!!!

Comments: Yesterday, I stopped by to have you check a noice under my hood, my belt looked like a rag. I really appreciated the ride back to school and the pick up, my professor was right to go to Masons, thumbs up!

Comments: Just want to thank you guys for helping me out with my NO air conditioning problem. I was scared it was going to cost me a fortune to fix but, it didn't. Kevin was great helping me get a Goodyear credit card so that helped a bunch! Please thank everyone there, really meant a lot!

Comments: I am a student at CCU and on an extremely fixed income, infact no income! So when I went and talked to your manager about my tire problem he totally helped me out! He got me approved for a Goodyear Credit Card and I was able to buy the tire I needed, with credit to spare. I will be back soon for my oil change, promise! My parents who are MILES away, love you guys for helping me out and so do I!
